They were reasonable on price and were honest about the vehicle! Only problem is the Metro Ford Difference package is not optional, so it makes it frustrating to pay an extra 1500 on a car when I live out vehicle! I have used this service for 7 or 8 years. It is not as good as it once was. I am unhappy with the employees and the quality of the work. May not use again. Requires multiple phone calls to find out about your vehicle. The employee I dealt with this time was downright rude. I also suspect that my problem was as simple as adding some coolant, but ballooned into a much larger bill. More
