Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the service department to the general managers. My brakes clearly needed servicing, and they wouldn’t even perform a diagnostic as they just kept saying my brake department to the general managers. My brakes clearly needed servicing, and they wouldn’t even perform a diagnostic as they just kept saying my brakes were fine. Try calling the general managers and they don’t even pick-up or return your call. They don’t put the customer first. They also claim to not know who the zone manager is, total circus they are running over there. Don’t recommend anyone to do business with them, EVER. More

Jason was the best. When I came in, the salesmen thought i was just there to sell my deceased husband's truck....so, no sale. So Jason was the only one that literally jumped up and said "I'll help you!". W i was just there to sell my deceased husband's truck....so, no sale. So Jason was the only one that literally jumped up and said "I'll help you!". We had a blast. Wed laughed, we cried, we SANG!....and I ended up buying an $80,000 car. So! Never judge a book by it's cover. #1 rules in sales. Thank you Jason. I don't know you're last name as you were out of cards, but you know who you are! Thank you for helping a sad widow put a smile on her face. :) More

What an amazing experience! From finding the fresh trade online, to Juan's antics as we pulled onto the lot, to Chris assisting us since Juan was with another customer and to the finance portion with Gabe, online, to Juan's antics as we pulled onto the lot, to Chris assisting us since Juan was with another customer and to the finance portion with Gabe, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. We drove 3 1/2 hours looking for a truck. Everyone involved did their best to make sure we got the biggest bang for our buck! I have definitely spread the word in Northwest Arkansas that it is worth the drive to Metro Ford. More
