This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. During meeting with Sean with the financing dept. . We found out that Juan had altered our application, Sean reassured us he would get to the bottom of things and call us back Monday since we live 4 hours away and were just visiting for the weekend. NO one EVER called me back. An apology or a call back Monday saying we could not make a deal would have been fine but NOTHING. I came back home and got a better truck for less money with no hassle. I will never recommend this car lot for any reason to anyone. More

Bought a great car from a great staff. I was happy with the experience, which isn't usually something I'd say about buying a car at most dealerships. One thing...There was a difference between the internet price and the price I was offered at the dealership, but after it was explained, I was comfortable it was a Ford thing and not necessarily the fault of the dealer. From the moment we drove up and approached the showroom, we were treated in a polite, friendly manner. He quickly showed us everything that we wanted to see and answered our questions, even bringing up points that we didn't know about. When we decided on our choice, we started talking about price, which went quickly. We decided to look around at other dealers and told them that we would call back. We left but couldn't find anything else even close to what Metro offered. We called back and told John that we would be back in the morning to finish the deal. Very happy with Metro Ford. More
Service left my oil filter loose, at ~2800 miles. The oil level was down to the bottom of the dipstick when I discovered it. I took It back after refilling the oil ) and they "tightened the FORD oil filter" level was down to the bottom of the dipstick when I discovered it. I took It back after refilling the oil ) and they "tightened the FORD oil filter" and cleaned the oil off the motor and underside of the truck. The truck developed a miss/vibration that was not there before this incident. next oil change , that was "normal" and sold BG oil treatment to "help smooth it out" It did not. The next oil change, At 5800 miles, the miss/vibration more noticeable, They kept my truck for a week, I went to pick it up. the miss was still there, I pointed it out to the service advisor and was told that the truck checked out "all green" and no codes were found on the system. A mechanical defect, crankshaft, timing gear, chain, damaged lifter, galled cylinder etc. WILL NOT SHOW A "CODE". The service advisor agreed there was indeed a miss in the truck as evidenced by the bottle of water in the cup holder showing the miss. He spoke with the shop foreman and came back to tell me that the foreman had personally checked my truck and that the Miss/vibration was normal. He told me to bring it back on Monday,, and they would recheck it, this was Friday. So I again was late for work, and had to adjust my schedule to drop the truck off again. They again had it for a week. during the week. I drove around the lot and noted that my truck was parked in the overflow lot. I got out and noted the tire position on the parking lot striping. It was there for the duration of the week, not in the service area. I called to check status after a week and they said my truck was ready. I has escorted out to the overflow lot where the truck was parked the first day, and noted the tires were still in the same position as noted on the striping of the lot that I had checked initially and all week long. The miss/vibration, amazingly enough, was still there, imagine that. I got the same "all green" report and this time I asked to speak to the general manager, of course he was not available, I got the "sales manager" who told me that they would "do what is right". The lot porter went and got the exact truck F-150 4X4 FX model from the lot, was pulling it in next to my truck and was waved off by the service manager. He then returned with a crew cab, stripped down, 2 wheel drive truck with 20,000 miles on it as the "exact comparison" the truck had a vibration as evidenced by the bottle of water test, but not the same miss/vibration as demonstrated the same way in my truck. I told the shop foreman that this was not the same vibration and that a 20K truck used for the shop was not an "exact comparison" to my truck, I was told "This is what we have" in an extremely demeaning and rude manner. Then in the same rude, demeaning manner was told that FORD would not do anything for my truck by the service manager. Ford did not leave the oil filter loose, METRO FORD SERVICE left the filter loose and damaged the motor. They told me that they were going to do nothing about it. I left the lot, NOTE: this was my second new truck purchased from this dealership. I filed a BBB complaint their answer: take it to another dealership if I was not happy with their service. (Pass the buck) METRO FORD SERVICE DAMAGED MY MOTOR Not FORD Not another dealership, and THEY need to "Make it right" I have since been contacted by new car sales saying they were concerned with my situation, and that if I would be willing to pony up 10-20 thousand dollars they would put me in a comparable 2021 truck. My truck has 5800 miles on it, they damaged the motor and I am supposed to start over on financing on a paid for truck? I told them I was willing to go 3-5 thousand due to the difference in the years model, which I really should not have to do since they are the ones who damaged my motor, but I am trying to work with them. I was told they would "get back to me" they have not reached out again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT LET SERVICE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. More
