We got an awesome deal on an awesome car!! The service was fantastic, they were able to beat the rate I was quoted through my bank and keep me in a payment I was happy with, while getting the car I really was fantastic, they were able to beat the rate I was quoted through my bank and keep me in a payment I was happy with, while getting the car I really wanted! Oh and there was a play area for the kids to be in during the paperwork part. Plus free oil changes for life? Uh yes please. Def recommend Metro Ford! I took my car in for diagnostics reading and the adviser told me that if I have any of the services done that they would not charge me for the diagnostics reading. I didn’t trust my adviser because of a fee told me that if I have any of the services done that they would not charge me for the diagnostics reading. I didn’t trust my adviser because of a feeling I had when I met her. So I said just do the brake flush and I will schedule the other repairs for a later date as they didn’t have a car to loan me and I am single and do not have another car. She lies and charged me for the brake flush and diagnostics reading. She out right lies to me m. I will never return to Metro Ford of OKC again. Terrible service. I do not see my advisers name on the list below but she was untrust worthy. Nicole More
