I’ve bought cars from 5 Ford dealers, 3 Lexus dealers, and multiple cars from Dodge, Infiniti, Jeep, Land Rover, Me buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought my car here in 2017, at the moment I’m livid. Usually the service crew here does good work. I used the online appointment form to request service work. Specifically, I requested the Ford recommended 50 thousand mile maintenance work and an oil change. The service tech, Christopher, blew me off and did only an oil change, tire rotation, and “inspection”. That is, the inspection that he did was incredibly subpar. He did not check any of the vital fluids or systems (as I can see from the inspection sheet). Certainly made my bill for the visit cheaper, but the techs there only did a tiny fraction of what I asked for. Thanks for nothing, I don’t take kindly to being blown off like this. I will look to take my business elsewhere in the future. More
