I’m beyond impressed with Metro Ford. They have a great selection and better people. No one passed without saying hello while I was there. Giovanni Young is an amazing sales professional. Genuinely gets to know his customer and willing to discuss anything without ever pressuring you to buy. I bought months earlier than I planned due to his genuine and kind personality. I can say the same for Gabe Tucker in finance. It’s rare to feel appreciated and not taken or pressured in a dealership. Kudos to whomever hired these two men. More

I had been getting Facebook solicitation from FB with a $12,000+ rebate and discount offer from MetroFord for a new F150. Visited the store, the first sentence the sales man said that we don't give that ki $12,000+ rebate and discount offer from MetroFord for a new F150. Visited the store, the first sentence the sales man said that we don't give that kind of discount to anyone. there are lot of conditions for that offer and no one ever qualifies for all of it. It is an add to lure the people to the dealership. That was a slap on my face. I decided not to buy from MetroFord and not to buy another F-150. I went and bought a new Ram Limited from a dealer who went beyond what they advertised. I wouldn't set my foot in Metro Ford ever again!! More

Initially I had a hard time getting somebody to get back with me, I'm not sure if they just priced the vehicle too low or or if they are just concerned about an out of state buyer? The list price was $38,99 with me, I'm not sure if they just priced the vehicle too low or or if they are just concerned about an out of state buyer? The list price was $38,995 but I had to buy it for $2,000 more because they put fabric sealer on it and tinted the windows and couple other things but that wasn't a deal breaker because it was still good price. I flew in from Colorado and hooked up with Lee and he was very helpful even though he wasn't my sales guy and got me in and out and less than an hour. Lee provided great service and the car was very clean and detailed and better than I expected! More
