I bought a 150k vehicle and had a manufacturing failure with decals when the vehicle was brand new. The GM was supposed to set up something to have it fixed or all least pay for half of the repairs. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by many of the staff and asked if I needed any help, but they were not pushy. I took the vehicle for a test drive and asked if they had a problem with me stopping by my mechanic's shop for an inspection of the vehicle. They had no problems with it, and all went well at the shop. When I sat down with my salesman, he presented me with the price I expected from their website and a document fee. I was happy with this and purchased the vehicle and am very satisfied with my purchase and glad I came back for a second vehicle purchase. More
