My truck was stolen from the lot. Sort of an odd review...I think they do good service, but my truck was stolen off their lot. How can I give 5 stars, and yet how can I not recommend them for service? I bought my 2006 F-250 King Ranch new from this location (it was David Stanley back then). I've always kept up with the maintenance, both inside and out. It's been paid for since 2011. Was hoping to have it for many more years. Now it's stolen and I've got to purchase another truck, and I'll now have a payment again. All they had to do was park a vehicle in front of the gate - like you see so often. Instead, the gate was secured with a simple padlock, which the thieves cut off. Insurance settlement is pending - no clue what they're going to do to make this right. It's likely I'll just get a $10-12K check from their insurance company. Doesn't come close to making me whole - and I did nothing wrong. Insert frown emoji here. More

Service Shop Repair Charles who sold me my F150 back in October 2019 helped arrange a loaner vehicle and was able to work with me on getting some minor scratches fixed th Charles who sold me my F150 back in October 2019 helped arrange a loaner vehicle and was able to work with me on getting some minor scratches fixed that the Multishield warranty would not cover. Conner got my appointment set up and was able to get my tire repair claim processed successfully through Multishield. These two employees deserve a kudos for their great customer service. More
Typical bait and switch tactics. They offered a price online and after going to them with pre approval status they say that you have to go through their finance and after that they still will not offer t online and after going to them with pre approval status they say that you have to go through their finance and after that they still will not offer the advertised price... they will ask you to come in to negotiate, it’s an interrogation method to make you sit in finance until you give in. They also hard ran credit saying they would honor the advertised price but didn’t even with an exceptional credit rating. Don’t buy, don’t inquire, go somewhere else. Your wallet and credit score will thank you. More
