Good service and repair experience. Had my 2016 Mustang Convertible serviced with no problems. Our servuce advisor, Denise was terrific. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change and for them to take a look at the hand hold on the passenger side roof. Who ever fixed the hand hold left grea hour and 30 minutes for an oil change and for them to take a look at the hand hold on the passenger side roof. I am disappointed with the finance department. My girlfriend and I were mislead on a vehicle by telling us we had an approval and that minor details needed to be worked out. After a week of having to hunt down the person in finance worker by showing up to the dealership. He basically wanted to know why we were there and that he'd get back to us once an approval or a rejection was determined. He also explained now that it had a 50/50 chance of going through for an approval. It's been almost a month now and we still haven't received a call. That's fine and that's the nature of how they deal with Veterans who have served this country honorably for 20 years. We've moved on and bought our new vehicle somewhere else. More

No handshake...tough The sales reps are very nice. But once you get into the buying office and the "GM" is involved, it quickly takes a turn. He starts with "if we can't agree on a price, I will shake your hand and it is what it is." Ok, fair enough, I like that. But, the internet pricing is a trick where they build in a portion of your trade in to the internet price. You will be paying more than the price you see on the internet. Craziest math I've ever seen, why would anyone pay more than what they see plain as day on the dealer's website? Not a good start. When you bring up car comps, he talks down on other dealerships specifically, not as a whole, even his self proclaimed friends. He moves into talking about payments when I told him I didn't care about that, which is annoying but I guess they all do that. Anyways, remember the handshake offer? When we ultimately didn't agree to his price there was no handshake offered by him. As an Okie, I'll always remember that. I felt our conversations were fine/non adversarial, we just disagreed on price. Bought same car from another dealership a little over one hour later. More
