Traded in my truck for a new truck at Metro Ford. I had found the truck online, when I went to look at the truck in person they had it pulled to the front and ready to go. I scheduled an oil change for my 2015 Ford Fusion, having my daughter take it in, leaving both mine and my daughter's phone number in the appointment. When she got there, she was told that they were backed my daughter take it in, leaving both mine and my daughter's phone number in the appointment. When she got there, she was told that they were backed up and it would probably be a couple of hours. They confirmed that she would be waiting for the car, but then never got back to tell her what was done, what needed to be done, or if it was done. After 2 hours, I got a call, even though I had informed them when I made the appointment it would be my daughter waiting, and had provided my daughter's phone number. The "Service Advisor" never went to check on my daughter, even though he had been told she was waiting. When my daughter went to the front desk, she was told it had been waiting/complete for approximately 1/2 hour. The woman then took my daughter to the Cashier, where she paid. The "Service Advisor" said that he left a VM on the phone listed (when I checked my phone, there was no VM), however, why would he do that, when they had CONFIRMED she was waiting on the car in the WAITING AREA? More

I have been waiting for almost 3 months for my car to be fixed due to a manufacturer paint issue and I have called multiple times trying to get updates and I’ve received maybe two updates in three months. I’ve been waiting a call back from my service advisor Dustin but now I’m waiting on Austin to call me back and at this point I wish I could change dealerships for service but I’m stuck here and I’ve never had anything so unprofessional and very poor communication. There are so many ways to communicate nowadays and I can’t even get a text message email or a call back at this point. More

Dropped my car off on a Thursday called on Tuesday to check the status cause I hadn’t heard from anyone that hadn’t even looked at it on Friday. I still hadn’t heard from him. I showed up they couldn’t f check the status cause I hadn’t heard from anyone that hadn’t even looked at it on Friday. I still hadn’t heard from him. I showed up they couldn’t find where the rattle was coming from. I had to go to on a test drive with them. They told me I’d be ready Saturday or Monday. It was Tuesday before it was ready and when I picked it up, it was filthy. Had bird crap all over it because it was parked under a tree and left outside the whole time. The communication there is terrible and I will not bring my car back there other than oil change. More
