Ellsworth Speight and the whole team at Metro Ford of OKC did an amazing job of meeting me where I needed and wanted to be, both with my trade-in and my new vehicle (my DREAM truck, no less!). There was haggling, naturally, but it was good-natured, respectful, and they honored everything about the "internet price", even though I ended up using private financing. Another thing to keep in mind--Ellsworth did all this on his day off. Just helping the team out. It was an amazing and surprisingly quick experience. They've got my business for a long time comin'! Charles was perfect in helping us with our new turck! Never thought I would ever buy something for Metro Ford or a Ted Moore store. Purchased a beautiful slightly used 2023 BMW X3 M40i from Metro Ford OKC from out of state. Johnny was quick to help me with this process and give me shipping quotes as well. This was my first experience with an out of state dealership and has been the best experience I have ever had when shopping for a new vehicle. The day I made the first call about a Tuscany truck, I dealership and has been the best experience I have ever had when shopping for a new vehicle. The day I made the first call about a Tuscany truck, I was handed over to Johnny Mahsetky and he has been the absolute best salesperson I have ever had dealings with. The entire dealership from sales to finance to setting up delivery have been fantastic. The constant communication from Johnny through the entire process could have not been better. He has also been just a phone call away since delivery to help with working out a few bugs that wasn’t his or Metro Fords fault. I highly recommend Metro Ford of OKC and Johnny to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle regardless of your location.
