The service advisors are just not friendly. They’re not rude either, just mediocre. Also when I need a shuttle, it takes forever to get one. Be careful with this Dealership. Got a Dodge Ram. Had a faulty ABS that they said they will fix. A Faulty ABS is a safety issue but they insist on their x point inspection that they Got a Dodge Ram. They lie about unavailability of parts (It does not take that long to get parts). I got a number of the head of their repair shop Chris. No one replies to the number. They will not get back to you. The sales man does not have any answers for me. They want you to wait endlessly without an indication of when the car will be fixed(broken ABS is a safety issue ). Once they sell you the car you are done. Be careful. From the reviews, it looks like they play these games. Not so happy about this purchase. I told them the car has to be fixed before I can get a warranty for the car. Now I have to fix this from out of pocket. Once they get your money you are done. More
