After more than a year of promises and assurances by Metro Ford that all of warranty/recall claims would be promptly resolved, I still have an unresolved and outstanding claim related to the unintended tail gate opening on my F-150 Raptor. I have never had such poor service from a dealership in my life. The only reason I am giving Metro Ford one star is because zero stars is not offered as an option. More
