It turns out reaching out and sending an email to the Service manager provided in this thread is a complete waste of time. It makes me feel your response to my review is basically not a true attempt to do anything for me bordering on fraudulent. I have come to expect nothing better from this dealership since it took me going to a lawyer to get the car worked on from the start. I do hold out hope that at some point someone at this business will actually do the right thing for me as a customer.
