Everything was great. I bought what I thought to be a brand new car ... it had 200 plus miles on it . Was delivered to me dirty inside and out one of the black rims had damage on it . No one has ever called me that can make anything happen. The salesman did finally call a share his cell number with me. More

Took new car in to have fluids topped off and window tint replaced. They did not top off any fluids. The window tint however looks great. I also had a window chip fixed. They partially filled it with resin(dont know how long that will last). The people I dealt with were ok not great. Only reason I reccomend the service center is they are the closest Ford dealer to me to use their Metro Ford Care. Our sales person was great. Linda Graham was super helpful and up front with us. Sean Miller our finance person was helpful and got us where we needed to be with the money. I think the sales and finance departments are good to deal with but the service department needs work. More
