One of the worst places to get work done on a vehicle ever. Went in for a full service check up knowing it had problems expecting to get back a full list od repairs and instead i got my truck back with ever. I will be in to speak with a manager to resolve this issue. No one should have to be put to the mercy of a commercial vehicle being just ok when your not only putting your life at risk but the others around that your suppose to be the one helping. More

Lois and the gentleman that signed me in were very prompt, courteous & attentive. They checked on my appointment and double-checked what my appointment was for, which was a re-call and then proceeded prompt, courteous & attentive. Because I live so far away from the dealership, and that we were in 19 degree weather, I opted to wait on the chance it might get done early. One hour & 10 minutes later, Lois came in and had my truck by the door and off I went. This is the reason I have bought 3 trucks from you and have them serviced with you. Used metro be used another local dealer was unable to resolve an issue I was having with me four wheel drive. Metro was able to diagnose and fix the issue right off the bat. Update was performed in a timely manner, however when I picked up my pickup I noticed both front windows were halfway down.
