Service department tried to sell me a wheel alignment that my car did not need ($125) and before even looking at the car. I had to do my own research to confirm that the dealership was lying. Deception and lack of ethics is such a poor representation of the Honda brand. The service department is poorly run (it seems like there’s no management at all) and some employees are rude or apathetic. I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After my car was serviced and I had to spend $60+ on Uber because of how long the service appointment took, I wasn’t even told where they parked it and I had to find it myself in their huge lot in the back of the building. I will not be returning to this dealership as they tried to scam me out of more money and the customer experience was horrendous. This is what a loyal customer that has leased cars from their dealership gets. Horrible! More
