Upon arrival, the salesman (Wilkin) was pleasant and welcoming. Selection was scarce. However, new shipment arrived and I was able to find a car to my liking. I arrived at the dealership at 1130am. I ha welcoming. Selection was scarce. However, new shipment arrived and I was able to find a car to my liking. I arrived at the dealership at 1130am. I had to pick up my nephew at 3pm from camp. At 3pm, I did not even get to the paper signing yet. Instead, I had to have my nephew dropped off to me at the dealership. At 345pm, i signed the paperwork, however, the new vehicle was “not ready”. I had to leave for an important personal matter. I asked several times if I can go and come back to pick up my new vehicle. After 25 mins and speaking with the manager, I left. I came back afterwards to pick up my new car and finally leave the lot. The wait to obtain my new vehicle was horrible, disappointing and unprofessional. I am a new Honda customer, after being with Toyota for over 13 years, and my first experience was not satisfying. I plan to return to Toyota (or elsewhere) after this lease. Again, the staff was good, however the process and wait time is unsatisfactory. Thank you. More
