The promised time of how long it will be was not met. Did not keep me informed as to the why it would take longer. Extremely long waiting period for my first visit for a simple oil change. They left my car with grease finger prints all over the car inside and out. They are not very neat or cautious. They offered me a free car wash coupon. If I didn’t complain they would not have had offer anything. I believe for a first time visit, this is the least they could offer. Not good service More
