I appreciate obtaining an appointment same day for maintenance- oil change. The staff member who provided me the my tag number was welcoming and professional. The staff member who took down my inform maintenance- oil change. The staff member who provided me the my tag number was welcoming and professional. The staff member who took down my information completed initial paper work, was down to earth - friendly- meaning I didn’t feel like just another “number”. The staff member -who sat behind the glass- and responsible for collecting payment after service is completed - had a hostile demeanor (body language - Furrowed eyebrows, clenched jaw, sneering- prior to the start of the conversation. I didn’t take any of the exchange personal- I passed it as she may be having a bad day or maybe overworked. At any rate, there was an error on the payment - something I was not at all angry about -only wanted the situation to be cleared. In addition, there was an insensitive lack of effort on their end to investigate further-Zero ounce of courtesy. More
