I appreciate obtaining an appointment same day for maintenance- oil change. The staff member who provided me the my tag number was welcoming and professional. The staff member -who sat behind the glass- and responsible for collecting payment after service is completed - had a hostile demeanor (body language - Furrowed eyebrows, clenched jaw, sneering- prior to the start of the conversation. I didn’t take any of the exchange personal- I passed it as she may be having a bad day or maybe overworked. At any rate, there was an error on the payment - something I was not at all angry about -only wanted the situation to be cleared.
