I lost the car that I had for 13 years during Hurricane Ida. I was not planning to replace my car--but then disaster happened and there I was in a rental car with a few days until I had to bring it back. Ida. Metro Honda was not the first dealership that I went to--god, I wish it was. But it was the last with good reason. My salesperson, Andres Hernandez, was a god send. He was patient, helpful, caring and very professional throughout my experience from beginning to end. I also want to acknowledge Luis Martinez, Metro's Finance Director, who put a lot of effort into making this happen during such a challenging time .I understand selling cars is a business but these are good people. I recommend them whole heartedly .If there were 10 stars I would have given them that. More
