I came in for a oil change and the next day was on a highway to realize that the oil pan cover was not screwed back and it came down and started brushing on to the road, I had to get the vehicle towed t highway to realize that the oil pan cover was not screwed back and it came down and started brushing on to the road, I had to get the vehicle towed to near by auto shop and get it screwed back. Such a hassle in the middle of night Never would go to metro Honda again More

The customer service was good. No longer have loaner cars or offer transportation to home and back to Metro Honda. Need to clean vehicles after service. I still find labor expensive for Accord of more than 20 years. Parts were cheap compared to new cars. Also no longer offering transportation to home and back to Metro Honda once car is ready for pickup. years. Parts were cheap compared to new cars.
