This dealership is by far the most professional environment that I have encountered. I own a Ford but was treated the same as a luxury brand owner. I bought a used vehicle I found on the internet at metro lexus.Tori was great, she had all my paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. I came from out of state with a trailer to take the car home. I had a very good experience with Metro Lexus, very friendly staff and low pressure sale. Initially, I worked with Abed to test drive an IS300 to get a feel for the 4IS platform as I was interested in friendly staff and low pressure sale. Initially, I worked with Abed to test drive an IS300 to get a feel for the 4IS platform as I was interested in purchasing an IS350 that was on its way to the dealership. I loved the car and decided to opt for the 300 instead. Abed and David were able to get me approved at a really nice rate. In addition, I got good value for my trade in! I am looking forward to conducting future business with Metro Lexus in the coming years. More
