I drove 3 hours with a bit of trepidation but, upon arrival, I found everything to be exactly as presented over the phone. The car was detailed well and even had a full tank of gas. Terry Jelleson, my salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The paperwork signing went off without a “hitch” and I left for my travels home. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and my only regret is that I don’t live closer to Metro Lexus so I could continue to utilize their service department. More

She gave me the price and my trade in value and I left to venture out too look at other vehicles. Jody kept in touch with me sending a video, texts, phone calls and emails. Nothing compared to the Lexus. Once I decided to make the purchase it was pretty much painless. Most of the dreaded paperwork was done via email or fax. Within 24 hours of my decision to purchase the RX450h, I was driving my new car home. More
