Pleasant buying experience This was our third Lexus purchase and the first at Metro, but only because Metro is less conveniently located for us than others in the area. We did not plan to buy an ES, much less a new one, when we recently visited the dealership. However, between Metro's variety of inventory, the incentives being offered during the "Golden Opportunity" sales event, and the friendly, no-pressure environment provided by Jody Vlcek and Mike Gleydura. we ended up the happy owners of a new '19 ES. Jody was a lot of fun to work with, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and quickly finding the vehicles they had in stock which met our needs. We were also impressed with the amount of time Mike spent with us, explaining our lease and purchase options and answering all of our many questions. The entire experience was very relaxed and friendly. We also enjoyed working with business manager Francesco Nappo. who carefully walked us through every step of the paperwork and the various service plan options. I can gladly recommend Metro Lexus and the Lexus brand. More

First new vehicle purchase in 40 years Normally I like to purchase different make vehicles every 3-4 years after the dealers receive them off lease. I did this 8 years ago with the purchase of a two year old Lexus ES-350. I liked this vehicle so much I purchased another one 3 1/2 years ago and finally decided to purchase one new. Without the help of David Shahrokh I probably would have opted to put the required maintenance in the Lexus vehicle I ultimately traded in. After being unable to find what I wanted for the price point I was at Dave went the extra mile to find me the right ES 350 that met my needs. He did this by closely listening to what my requirements were and finding the right match for me. He was also able to show me all of the new features in the 2019 vehicles and how they worked which made the difference between buying new versus preowned this time. David did a very professional job and I enjoyed working with him and the whole team at Metro who have had my business now since 2011. The vehicles, the service department and all the people you interact with at Metro add value to the purchase. David is very high on my list of doing that with my new purchase. More
