Patrick Gloss, our salesman, was extremely obliging and helpful and went way out of his way to make sure we were kept informed on every step of the process. And when I would call, if Patrick wasn't working then, Jeff stepped in and made sure I was taken care of in very good fashion. And our dealings with Ron were just as pleasant. He explained everything in plain, understandable language so we felt comfortable making the final decisions and signing all the paperwork. I absolutely love my new Subaru, and I am sure I will continue to love it as time goes on.
