Purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander 10/14/2025. Althought the dearler charged me $995 for dealer prep, the vechicle had a layer of dirt on the exterior when I was handed the keys. I told the sale Althought the dearler charged me $995 for dealer prep, the vechicle had a layer of dirt on the exterior when I was handed the keys. I told the salesperson that the car was not clean and that there was also a layer of dust on the rear window. He took the vehicle back to clean it and after wating another 15 minutes, he came back and told us the prep people had gone for the night. When I pay $995 for dealer prep, I expect the vechicle to be in pristine condition when I drive off the lot. After calling the dealership, they told me I can come back and they would take of the issue. I live 45 minutes away and to expect me to waste my whole afternoon for something that should have been done prior to me taking delivery. I said no thank you. More
