Dealership and management is not good. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. The parts department staff has no customer Service etiquette. Time after time, they ignore the c I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. The parts department staff has no customer Service etiquette. Time after time, they ignore the calls and when they answer, they tell you to “hold” but in reality they send you to voice mail. I have left over a dozen voicemails and not even the decency of a response. After 2 weeks of non-responsiveness, I left work early, showed up and employee tells me cut and dry to wait at home for a response. Totally unacceptable. I proceeded to contact a Sofia lady who allegedly supervises the Parts department and again, left several voicemails at their direct line with no response. A dealer that only cares about selling you a car, but falls into this gross lack of respect for your time and effort, is NOT worth the business. Bad reputation. Note to management: I’m sure I’m not the only one, you are losing customers and future deals. More

Stay away from this dealership. They advertised a car on Carfax to have 27,612 miles. Actually it had well over 29,000. Now I’m closer to the 100,000 mile warranty kia offers. I pay $2300. I had 30 days to cancel. I have been trying for weeks. to find out what exactly is covered and now I realize I have to take the car to that dealership but it’s 150 miles away from where I live. I’ve tried on several occasions via text email phone calls never getting a response. My advice stick with a smaller dealership and stay away from this one.!!!!!!! Zero customer service I only gave them one star so I can write the review. Actually they deserve less than zero. More
Son reached out on an ADVERTISED unit on websites like Autotrader, Cars.com and EBay. Immediately Kevin started to balloon the ADVERTISED price since son was paying cash (no financing) and no trade. Unit was a 2016 Buick that originally sold for just slightly more than Kevin’s price 9 years ago when new. That is without considering any rebates at that time, which were common. Unit may have low mileage but clearly out of all warranty, used, sitting in lot for 75+ days, has light damage, and by no means a limited item. It’s seems very close to, perhaps it is, to committing a crime to boost an ADVERTISED unit over the listed price especially given the hidden thousands being assessed for car not reconditioned nor offered online in print. It’s clear this dealer is not fair in representing the cost of cars properly and hiding all costs in a fair and consistent manner. Yelp shows many of the same complaints and readjusted pricing for ADVERTISED unit. The price Kevin offered does NOT even include the dealer prep/ handling fee and of course the standard and inflated tag fee, as well as sales tax. It is exactly why dealers like this are reported to the FLHSMV. It’s really false ADVERTISING. More
