I ordered my wrangler with this dealership because they promised to take my Honda. I had manager approval so, I pre-ordered in person and worked with Mateo aka Miguel. Initially it was a great experience; he is very personable and straight to the point. Months passed and once we were near a week before my personalized jeep was to arrive, Mateo calls with bad news. Since there was a change in management they can no longer accepted my Honda for trade… I was discouraged…fought for approximately half a day and finally they were able to work something out. Great! I moved on and was really looking forward to seeing my jeep! I do want to add that the finance department was absolutely amazing and is the only reason why this review is a 3 star and not a 2 star. Now, I never expected a smooth transition… dealing with dealerships will always be a headache but! Certain things just never settled well.. for example my brand new jeep on arrival had a paint chip, I brought it up to Mateo he assured me that he will get it fixed right away… a month has passed and no response. My sister also had a similar experience, where her brand new jeep was not fully cleaned due to the late hour and again Mateo promised a follow up to fix it and nothing. The only time I heard from him was a couple of days ago and it was to ask me if I could write a great review for him and to tell my sister as well. I mentioned my paint chip and he said “oh! Don’t worry I’ll get that settled right away if you leave a great review” Ehhhhhh really? We brought you two sales and this is how you treat your customers? Well, here is my subpar review. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing from the sales team. At this point I’ll color match my car. Can’t buy my review. More
