Well went in there and bought a new/used car 2021 Kia Forte with 5,170 miles , it was late evening dark out in the early morning I come to find out I got a car with the bumper falling or loose from one s Forte with 5,170 miles , it was late evening dark out in the early morning I come to find out I got a car with the bumper falling or loose from one side as the next morning I called my sales man and he couldn’t do nothing for me. So since then been back and fourth for over a month trying to contact the person that would handle getting it fixed as I would of never bought it if I would had seen that as I did on the next morning after purchase . Till today I am still trying to get the car in for a second time as it wasn’t properly fixed by the body shop the first time they said they fixed it. Warning don’t go late and do check cars as it’s a way to get rid of cars that they know there was a problem with it . And being single mom and a woman I think I might of been taken advantage of . Over all not the experience I would of liked with these guys More

Tire low pressure signal was still on, so they didn't rotate tires. When I asked the service advisor, he stated that was not needed no matter that car has 9.750 miles, and is required by Jeep, and also said that I can return other day. More
