2+ weeks after purchasing a new vehicle the dealer had not filed title work or paid off my trade in. I called and left voicemails, sent emails to multiple managers, called and left Messages with the fron not filed title work or paid off my trade in. I feel I was lucky the other day. I had a good experience going in for a routine oil change. The service department promised I would be out in under 90 minutes and they kept their word.
