I bought a Kia Telluride, the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. Very unprofessional, the car was dirty, GM provided me with a written document stating everything would be fixed on the ever experienced in my life. Very unprofessional, the car was dirty, GM provided me with a written document stating everything would be fixed on the car interior and exterior, I still have a broken door handle, the door lift is cracked and there is a leak in the car. No mechanical work was done and I had to pay out of pocket to get an oil change and basics to my car. The worst experience ever!!! More

This dealership made sure that they emailed, called, and texted me numerous times to remind me to do this survey. However, when it came time to pick up my license plate, no one even bothered to tell me it w texted me numerous times to remind me to do this survey. However, when it came time to pick up my license plate, no one even bothered to tell me it was ready. After calling and leaving voicemails (that they won’t respond to either), for 2 weeks, I FINALLY got ahold of someone who told me it was ready. I drive back to the dealership and apparently, only ONE person in the entire Miami Lakes dealership has the key to get in the room that has all the license plates and surprise surprise, they weren’t there that day. I call back the following Monday (the day my tags expire) to make sure that the person with the key is actually there and no one picks up again. I just want to pick up my plates in peace, I will never recommend Miami Lakes dealership to anyone. More
