Service agent was great and very helpful with taking in the car without an appointment. However the car was in service for a Month and nobody notified me when the car was finished. Only after I did not rec the car without an appointment. However the car was in service for a Month and nobody notified me when the car was finished. Only after I did not receive any feed back on the status of the car, for 5 days, did I go to dealership and found out the car was ready.
