I was having a problem with my car it was not shifting properly I went to a private mechanic who told me that my transmission was no good and that I needed to replace it and that it would cost me somewher properly I went to a private mechanic who told me that my transmission was no good and that I needed to replace it and that it would cost me somewhere around 1500 dollars well I felt that I was being ripped off so I told a friend of mine who recommend that I go to Miami lakes Chrysler, there I was greeted by Mr Mirabal who said to leave the car and they would check it out to my surprise when I receive the phone call that the transmission was fine and all my car needed was transmission fluid I was so happy I started to cry because here was some one honest, I Would recommend this dealer to my friend and family I am giving this rating because the service advisor was very prompt in contacting me about what the problem was and he was very nice and honest he could had said the same thing that the mechanic had told me. Fantastic place to bring my car in. Carlos greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service lane. I came in for an oil change and left with new front brakes after the free inspection that was offered to me. The price of the repairs were less than I thought a new car dealer would charge. The waiting room was excellet as so were the facilities. I chose to stay even though Carlos offered me a ride home with the courtesy van. I do have a recommendation thou when the dealer called me to tell me that my appointment was for February for the car service they nev and very nice. I do have a recommendation thou when the dealer called me to tell me that my appointment was for February for the car service they never asked my wife how many miles the car had and that the car needed service every 5000 miles instead of 3000 miles, we never knew this. My car had 3182 miles when I took it to the dealer`s service department and I had to parked on the guest spots because I did not know what to do when you arrive at the dealer again it was the first time going in for service but it would have been nice for the same person that called me to let me know that I had to pull in and that Mr. Diango Barreiro will actually take care of which he did in the most professional way.
