If ai could rate a zero star I would. Oil leak detected October 13. Car dropped off later because associate said they were backed. Steven Brundidge (the associate at Miami Lakes- called me December 30th asking if I picked up my car! Clueless. How does the person managing your file and giving you useless updates not realize the car has been gone until over 3 weeks later. His manager Stephen Kopecy never returned a call. Then I picked up my car from this manager and he tried to say the voicemail went to the other Stephen-gee, the one managing my file who gave me his number! Liars, incompetent, inefficient. What could have taken one week, took a total two months from date they detected it, had my car, and sent me home with an oil leak. Never taking my car back again! More

The car went in around 9 am to have a TPMS sensor replaced. It came back to me around 5 pm. I was charged by all sensors. I knew only one was bad but car was already in there.
