I went for an oil change and tire overhaul, because I had a low air tire, that Sunday I arrived at 8:30 am, I was the second customer and you finished "reviewing" my car 4.5 hours after, You told me you coul a low air tire, that Sunday I arrived at 8:30 am, I was the second customer and you finished "reviewing" my car 4.5 hours after, You told me you couldn’t do the tire rotation because my key was bad, you told me to come back in the week, I asked if I had checked the tire air and you said yes. 1. only you have touched my car, I do not understand why the tire key is bad 2. I didn’t ask for tire rotation, I just wanted to check the air, which wasn’t done. Today, I’m still having trouble with my tire, which is getting very fast. Communication was lackluster from the service center. It took a week for my car to be seen, and I understand that service centers are backed up. However, I was without a means of transportation for a wee It took a week for my car to be seen, and I understand that service centers are backed up. However, I was without a means of transportation for a week. My extended warranty plan includes a rental, but the service center, or at least my service advisor, was unwilling to work with me to at least get a temporary means of transportation for the duration of the service period. Personally, I tend to ask a lot of questions when I want to understand something, not just from my point of view, but the other person’s as well, but Bismark Talavera, my service advisor, was very mean and made me feel like I was incompetent and annoying by asking so many questions. Just from that experience I was dismayed about the whole situation. I appreciate the service that was done on my vehicle, but I’d have been so much happier if my needs were considered as well as the task at hand. My work in healthcare requires me to move a lot and travel between Miami and Broward, and I was stuck using expensive rideshares while my vehicle was sitting in the lot. I can’t generalize and say the whole service center does it, but my service advisor didn’t really care about what I had to say. More
