My choice to buy from Miami Lakes Chevrolet Was a good choice for me. My only complaint Is I had my own special license plate and in my Paperwork I completed it asked if I had a License Plate and I a choice for me. My only complaint Is I had my own special license plate and in my Paperwork I completed it asked if I had a License Plate and I answered yes and provided License Plate # when I was signing paperwork in finance office with Carlos he had license plate there & I asked "I don't get to keep my license plate" He responded I'm taking care of you So yeah I was charged $225 for that little yellow sticker and told to make sure i turn MY PLATE INTO THE TAX COLLECTOR FOR MY COUNTY IN 30 DAYS Which I did and the gentleman helping me that day questioned why i was turning it in and paying for that little yellow sticker for a second time in the same year AND GIVING UP MY SPECIAL PLATE THAT I PURCHASED I replied to him that the finance guy Carlos said he was taking care of me his reply was all he did was charge you for that little yellow sticker AND IN 4 MONTHS I WILL BE PAYING ANOTHER $225 FOR THAT LITTLE YELLOW STICKER AGAIN The gentleman told me there was still time to contact Carlos and tell him I would like to keep my special license plate and refund me the $225 I was charged when i was completing my paperwork I contacted Carlos and he said he would take care of It but I guess he waited TOO LONG and it can't be done! I guess it was easier to spend my money ($225) and just have me give back MY PLATE I bought and then spend another $225 in 4 months More

Service agent was great and very helpful with taking in the car without an appointment. However the car was in service for a Month and nobody notified me when the car was finished. Only after I did not rec the car without an appointment. However the car was in service for a Month and nobody notified me when the car was finished. Only after I did not receive any feed back on the status of the car, for 5 days, did I go to dealership and found out the car was ready. My service agent was on vacation and no one followed up with me. Car was also not vacuumed and washed when I picked it up. More
