Left my Jeep for a week. Could not get through on phone. Phone call would end at a mailbox that was full & not accepting any calls. Vehicle had not been touched in the 7 days it was there. They corrected the noise in back door while I waited. My cruise control issue was blown off as "normal" although I have never owned a vehicle where the cruise control need to have the brake pedal depressed so much to disengage. Usually, a slight tap releases it. Service writer was very pleasant. I spoke to service manager about the inability to get the facility on the phone. He was not aware of it and began addressing it right away. S.M. was very friendly. More

Miami Lakes Automall has been my dealer of choice for a long time now, and I regularly take my car for service there. My last visit for the oil-change has been really good and fast. Service this time was fast but the person who did the papers for me was really rude as well as the other person. I overheard one of them told one customer they should complain to the manager they don’t h papers for me was really rude as well as the other person. I overheard one of them told one customer they should complain to the manager they don’t have enough people inside. I went for an oil change and to check the rear tire and I couldn’t complete the second task because I was told I gotta talk with the manager. I don’t know how it works but If the person that’s changing the old could have check the cable hanging on the rear tire. I mean it’s common sense. More
