Service department was great but sales department were rude vultures that tried to talk me into trading my car in for a $30k brand new one and when I said no, they literally tried to get me in any car on rude vultures that tried to talk me into trading my car in for a $30k brand new one and when I said no, they literally tried to get me in any car on the lot. I took my truck in for service and repair at Miami Lakes Auto Mall Chevrolet and it was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life at any level of business. After 23 days of being without my ve Auto Mall Chevrolet and it was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life at any level of business. After 23 days of being without my vehicle and weeks of unanswered phone calls and left messages, I showed up to the dealership to find they hadn't even checked the problem and didn't know why I had dropped it off. The service attendant who was responsible for my vehicle didn't even know my name. The same person I turned the truck into, who I had left several voice-mails for weeks asking for a returned calls and spoken to twice through the process. They turned the vehicle back over to immediately with out giving me a receipt or even checking my ID to verify who I was out of the sheer embarrassment of their incompetence. They wanted me to leave as quickly as possible because after 23 days of being without a vehicle, it was clear that I had dropped it off there to sit in the sun and nothing more. I still have no idea if any service had been done to my truck other than an oil change. My truck is under warranty and I beleive that this is the reason I was treated as a second class citizen. It has a major repair issue that they are responsible for and it is better for them to give horrible service than to actually fix the problem. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them to anyone, avoid this dealership if being treated like a person is important to you. More
