I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for an oil change on 4/18/2022 and due to the negligence from a service technician my engine blew out the next day. I have been trying to resolve the issue with the service manager who admitted the mistake and despite visits to the dealer, emails, and phone calls they have not resolved the issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of urgency, customer service, and service of this dealer’s service department and staff. I am frustrated and tried to resolve this matter amicably, however, I don’t know how this will get resolved since has been two weeks now since it’s terrible mishap occurred. I don’t trust that the dealer or it’s management has the customers best interest. I would like to speak to the general manager or someone with the authority and interest to resolve this matter. More

My experience with this dealership has not been great. To start with “the good”- I was able to work a great deal with my lease and my sales rep was a nice person. He even calls every year on my birthday ( To start with “the good”- I was able to work a great deal with my lease and my sales rep was a nice person. He even calls every year on my birthday (although it can be quite an awkward call). That is about it for “good.” The issue with this dealership is that they love to waste your time with fake deals and lies. It took me three days to finalize the car deal because they would promise one price and then change it up to “include regular fees or taxes”, which would change the bottom line every time despite me clarifying over and over my ultimate budget (after all taxes and fees). They waste your time every time you visit them for service by having a “phenomenal deal” that will get you into a new car or some other fake deal that would actually hike up your new car payment at least $100 more. They use ridiculous sales tactics that a toddler could catch onto, like telling you they are going to try to get you a certain “special deal” because they “like you”….and of course this means they like you more than any other customer…..It’s condescending and honestly unnecessary. Don’t even get me started with the service department as I’ve had to search for my car in the mess of cars they have packed in the parking lot. Blocked in by other cars. With no one to help you find it unless you obnoxiously ask some random person without accepting them to look away from you in avoidance. To add, they never so much as wash your car briefly from the outside. Will not return to this dealership once my lease is up. More
