I ended up visiting the dealership a second time and was greeted by Tim. I requested my down payment back and Tim was very understanding to why I changed my mind. He didnt try to push me or hold my down payment hostage. Because of his excellant customer service, I asked Tim if there was anything else on the lot that was going to fit my budget. Tim grabed a pen and paper and asked me to describe my dream car, and like a fairy god mother he made it appear and kept me in budget.
