Purchasing a car can be a horrible experience, were you can leave out having buyers remorse. However, my experience at Michael Kia was top notch. He didnt try to push me or hold my down payment hostage. Because of his excellant customer service, I asked Tim if there was anything else on the lot that was going to fit my budget.
