Found a dashlight had came on in my 2008 Highlander and didn't know what it meant, so while I waited for service dept to check it out, Nick Cruthers and Jay showed me around the lot and I fell in love with didn't know what it meant, so while I waited for service dept to check it out, Nick Cruthers and Jay showed me around the lot and I fell in love with the new Highlanders. They are not high pressured and they are both very knowledgeable, so that service call will likely turn into a sale very soon! Michael's Toyota team is very professional and the selection is great and the service even better. We are telling our friends to shop at Michaels. More
I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus is250 from this dealership and I couldn't be happier! the level of customer service at Toyota of bellevue was unlike any I've experienced anywhere else. First of a dealership and I couldn't be happier! the level of customer service at Toyota of bellevue was unlike any I've experienced anywhere else. First of all, I loved that your sales team is no pressure, I really felt like they just wanted me to be happy and it wasn't just about selling another car. Second, they were extremely fair with my trade in and I feel like I walked away with a great deal overall! I will 100% most definately be coming here for all my future vehicles, the experience was actually fun and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future! More
I bought my 2006 Corolla here and when it was time for a new Toyota I should have come here first, but I saw an internet special with another dealer and thought I would check it out. I should have known it new Toyota I should have come here first, but I saw an internet special with another dealer and thought I would check it out. I should have known it was too good to be true. All I got was a salesman that tried to pressure me into buying something that wasn’t what I really wanted. I decided to go back to Toyota of Bellevue because I had a good experience there last time. This time was no different. I found a new Corolla that fit my needs without all of the pressure. The negotiations were nice and easy and I am very happy. Next time I will save myself a lot of time and stress and go to Toyota of Bellevue first! More
I recently went to Michaels Toyota to look at their selection of used vehicles. I ended up choosing a 2009 Dodge Charger. The sales people were nice but not very honest. While we were negotiating on selection of used vehicles. I ended up choosing a 2009 Dodge Charger. The sales people were nice but not very honest. While we were negotiating on the charger my fiance asked specifically " this wasn't a rental car or anything like that was it?" and they assured us it wasn't and even backed that up with a clean car fax. So I purchaced the car. 3 weeks later we get a call from them saying that they had me sign the wrong car fax that in fact the carfax was for a totally different charger. They faxed me the car fax that went to my vehicle and low and behold the car HAD been a rental car!! Not only that but only had 1 service record for the entire time that the rental company had owned it. It has 48,000 miles on it. I was blown away!! I felt scammed. So I called them up and insisted they take the car back. At first the man on the phone tried talking me into keeping it I told him NO WAY that the deal was under fraudulant pretence and I knew I was well within my rights to break the contract. Long story short I took the car back that night hassle free and got my money back. I don't want to say that I didn't like the people there but their business ethics are poor. I would recommend if your gonna buy a car through them you carefully read everything they put in front of you and make sure it is all legit!! More
We went in to see about a new Camry Hybrid. We were still shopping and comparing and were not going to purchase that day no matter what. While Jay was friendly, when he go the "Costco Manager" Kylan t still shopping and comparing and were not going to purchase that day no matter what. While Jay was friendly, when he go the "Costco Manager" Kylan things changed quickly. First the extreme high pressure sales tactics were ugly. Second when we said we were leaning towards used and this Kylan found out they didn't have what we wanted used he started talking about how new is better, and Camry's don't depreciate at all. He mentioned a 2010 Camry Hybrid that he said was KBB (kelly blue book) retail valued at over $30,000. I countered that a 2010 with less than 12,000 miles was actually valued at $27.165 according to the KBB. He got quite an attitude at that. Stating how he had been doing this for "over 18 years." That I was "wrong and didn't know what I was talking about." Little did he know that I had a printout from KBB that was printed less than 6 hours previously that showed exactly $27,165 for a fully loaded 2010 Camry Hybrid with less than 12,000 miles. When I told him this, he got even more defensive and went on and on about how I was wrong and he knew what he was talking about, etc.. Oh MY! What a terrible experience! To tell a customer that they are lying to their face when they actually have the proof! Well, I told him that there was no way we were going to do business and said "And you know, you shouldn't argue with customers when they have proof they are right," he just said "GOODBYE" and turned around and stormed away. Yeah, what professional conduct. Needless to say we won't be purchasing anything from them! More
I went to Michael's Toyota this weekend to look for a new car. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I wanted to test drive several different vehicles. Sheree, the salesperson, was very helpful and very patient with me as I test drove 4 different Toyotas. I really liked the Yaris, but I still wasn't sure, so I wanted to go to some other dealerships and see what other brands had to offer. Sheree was very understanding about this too and told me she hoped to see me back later in the day. After test driving several other cars I did go back to Michael's Toyota to buy the Yaris. I got a great deal and 0% financing. I am very happy! More
I went to Michael's Toyota because I found a used Toyota that I was interested in on their website. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until drove away with my new car. I would that I was interested in on their website. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until drove away with my new car. I would highly recommend Mike Burrow as a sales person. He was able to answer all of my questions and even in the discussion of price, I was treated with respect. I didn't get quite as much for my trade in as I would have liked, but I need to be realistic too. This was my best car buying experience yet and I will definitely go to Michael's Toyota again. More
Horrible. SIgned a contract to sell a car at a given price, then reneged. Called AG office in Washington state..only to be told "get in line if you're complaning about Michaels". Wished I had called e price, then reneged. Called AG office in Washington state..only to be told "get in line if you're complaning about Michaels". Wished I had called earlier. More
This has to be one of the worst used car buying experiences I have ever had and at 64 years I've had a few. We were lied to numerous times, phone calls were not returned, and the car was not delive experiences I have ever had and at 64 years I've had a few. We were lied to numerous times, phone calls were not returned, and the car was not delivered on time. We are still in an on going battle, well its one sided since they are not responding to phone calls or certified mail. At this point there is a missing electronic key fob, that the dealer had in their possession that were were never given, so someone associated with the dealership has a working key fob for our car and knows our address. I'm ready to file complaints with the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. My advice to anyone thinking about dealing with Michaels Toyota, run don't walk to some other dealer. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one. First, I was offered what KBB rated as "good" for my vehicle (almost brand new in pristine condition, freshly detailed and serviced). I countered, w First, I was offered what KBB rated as "good" for my vehicle (almost brand new in pristine condition, freshly detailed and serviced). I countered, we went back to KBB, and the new estimate was over 1K higher. They came back with an auction report and said they no longer go by KBB, but by market price... apparently they changed their policy in the space of 3 minutes. We walked out, never to return. More
