A week after leaving the dealership with my new jeep I go to the mailbox and see an envelope addressed to my daughter from Thom. I call her and tell her, who lives in Indy. She had no idea what it was about and she asked me to open it. Thom had sent a wedding card to her with $100. It’s the little things like this that will always make Michiana CDJR my dealership. This was the most thoughtful thing and for him to remember that in just general talking meant a lot to me. Work with Thom. You won’t feel like just a sale to him but part family.
