The service representative was great. No one wore a mask! Doesn’t the dealership know that there is a pandemic! Waiting room was outdated and dirty. The associates near her were talking about past employees (body shop) and talking about selling his home and how it needs work. The sales associate was talking about how easy it is to be a sales associate. It sounded like he didn’t care about his job and others that had worked for at the dealership.
