I find the service center a bit lax. I brought my NEW car into service because upon picking up the car there was a serious scratch on the passenger door handle. Would gladly give a better review, but was told ahead of appointment that it would take two hours. When we dropped off, we were told more like three hours and another person there corrected the guy helping appointment that it would take two hours.
