Bill was a class act from beginning to end. I felt I could have been kept in the loop more when the vehicle was there longer than expected. Upon arrival home after picking up the car I noticed smell which caused me to investigate leak from under fro vehicle was there longer than expected. I was able to check differential fluid level and tighten bolt so no harm done. More
