We got taken care of by Jon I explained to him that we smell antifreeze in the car . . He seamed concerned with what we had to say .I thought it might have been the heater core because that is inside car smell antifreeze in the car . . The service was very good, they gave us a free loner car and we got on our way. Next day Jon called us and told us the radiator was leaking and also recommended replacing radiator hoses and thermostat, I said go ahead but will this take care of antifreeze smell in car and he said yes. They completed repairs and told us they cleaned off area we might smell a little for a couple of days. I hope this was the problem. Thank you for the good service . I am now in a wheelchair for the last five years and have been employed by Hankmays Goodyear for the last 40 years . I can’t afford to brake down . I needed to have a recall done. From the valla to the service representative, everyone was respectful and curiousty. During the replacing of the airbag. The said perfect we will see you then, and apologized for any inconveniences. I arrived on Monday at 930am, they took the car right in and fixed it. I was on my way by 10:05am. Service Representatives are very polite and helpful. The parking lot though needs patching or resurfacing, as there are a lot of potholes.
