I needed to have a recall done. From the valla to the service representative, everyone was respectful and curiousty. During the replacing of the airbag. The fan and heat became stuck and wasn't able to service representative, everyone was respectful and curiousty. During the replacing of the airbag. The fan and heat became stuck and wasn't able to turn it off. I called, they told me to bring it back, but I wasn't able to. They asked when I could bring it back. I said Monday at 10am. The said perfect we will see you then, and apologized for any inconveniences. I arrived on Monday at 930am, they took the car right in and fixed it. I was on my way by 10:05am.
