Our salesman Bill Brinkerhoff was absolutely a gem. We have purchased 5 cars from mid hudson and have always been very happy. Bill was attentive patient came up with alot of alternatives when we could no have purchased 5 cars from mid hudson and have always been very happy. Our financial person was the best Casey I believe was her name and after my husband changed his mind like 4 times on what he wanted to do we finally made the decision after she had gone through all the iterations of what was best for us. Ask the salesman at an were friendly and James the young man who was working in service and moved cars around recognized me from a previous visit and came over and congratulated me on the car and told me a few facts. I was so pleased to be recognized I felt like I was home What a pleasant relaxing visit with no pressure or impatience from anyone and believe me people who are, in the mid 70’s could drive a saint crazy. I brought my car in with a check engine light. I already had an appointment in 10 days for an oil change. I was told just to keep the appointment and not worry about the check engine light. I drove the car reluctantly with the lights flashing and some safety features disable. Once my appointment took place the problem with the light was deemed inconclusive and reset by the technician. Obviously a thourough diagnostic was not performed I drove the car for several days with no issue. I was heading out of town for several days with my family when the check engine light came on. Disgruntled, I returned home to get my other car for my trip and return to Mid-Hudson with my Forrester. I was not happy but was informed that I would be a priority. This was on Thursday morning Feb. 11. I returned from my trip on Sunday, checked in with Mid-Hudson on Monday and was informed that they were very busy and had not had a check out my vehicle. I was further annoyed and requested a loaner vehicle. It was finally determined to be a serious mechanical issue which calls in to question quality control during assembly. Then there were various delays for parts and otherwise and my car was eventually returned to me on March 2. It is outrageous and inconceivable to me that it took 20 days to rectify my issue. I do not feel that I was a priority or anyone was particularly concerned that there was serious mechanical issue with a virtually new vehicle. I have purchased many new cars through the years and have never had an issue of this scope. That combined with the time it took to rectify leaves me very dissatisfied. My service advisor was very pleasant and apologetic but unable to expedite my repairs. More

All the people who work in service are nice! My only problem is the wait time. I only had an oil change and tire rotation .
