I had a bad experience with the person who did the scheduling for service. When I brought my car in for service, everything I had asked for was not done. James Hadden was my service advisor and he t scheduling for service. When I brought my car in for service, everything I had asked for was not done. James Hadden was my service advisor and he tried to correct the situation and I was very pleased with his service and assistance. When I mentioned to Mr. Hadden one item that had not been completed, he apologized and had it taken care of very quickly. I did not mention to Mr. Hadden that I still had requested services that were not completed because I did not have the time to wait at the dealership any longer. When I got home, I called the service manager, Jeff Luca, he apologized for my inconvenience and told me if I came back in to have the other services done, it would be complimentary. When I went back for my second appointment, Jeff Luca approached me and again apologized and oversaw the service on my car. James Hadden also assisted my in this service and I cannot be more pleased with these two employees. What started out an unfortunate experience ended up being a very pleasurable experience because of Jeff Luca and James Hadden. More
I was very pleased with every aspect of the car buying experience at Middletown Honda. It was my first car purchase and being a woman, I was hesitant to approach a car dealership by myself. I recently had a new baby and while I needed a good deal, I did not have a lot of time to haggle. I found Ed Folkl straightforward, honest and he was very fair in the price. He also "held my hand" through the entire process. He made the experience enjoyable and fun and even went so far as to help me program my phone. He really went above and beyond when I was not even at the dealership. There was a prospective buyer that wanted to test drive the car that I was purchasing and he stood up on my behalf and refused to allow such to occur. I feel like I can trust Ed completely and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him or recommend a friend. More

It was finally time to replace my beloved Saturn and I had heard great things about the Honda Fit. I actually drove one last year before I knew that I would be shopping soon. I met someone recently who has a Fit and she told me to look up Ed Folkl at Middletown Honda. When I met Ed for the first time I was impressed by his gentle, yet direct manner. He immediately put me at ease. After talking for a very short time he realized that this was a big step for me and his easy manner and patience allowed me to stay present and ask the questions that I had come in with. He's also very knowledgable and able to answer questions in a very staightforward manner. Ed has a way of speaking that is authentic and uncontrived. He doesn't have "lines" that are delivered automatically to every potential customer. And his memory is incredible! I know he takes notes, however, when I came in for my second meeting with him (2 mos.later)our conversation flowed as if I had just talked to him yesterday. He remembered things that are important to me. What a gift. In addition to all of this his sense of humor is outstanding and his laughter is contagious. This quality helps put people at ease and with that comes a sense of trust. Ed was available when he said he would be, he called me to stay in touch, but was never intrusive or pushy. He is respectful, thoughtful and kind. What more could I say? Oh yes, I highly recommend him and will pass his name on to potential customers. A most grateful thank you to Ed Folkl. More
so far i love my new little civic, it has only been a few days but i feel i have made the right choice. The only thing that I did not like was that when i called the dealership to ask the difference in price between leather vs cloth. Ed was off so I just wanted an answer to the generic question and they would not answer it because my specific salesman was not there to answer the question. I know it is commission driver but there should be a generic person to answer questions regarding pricing . More

Ed kept in contact with us from our initial visit without being pushy. He was able to offer us a fair trade and beat any offers we got from any other dealerships. This was by far the most professional experience we have had buying a vehicle. We had similar offers elsewhere, but were not treated nearly as well as we were by Ed. We were told the car would be ready at a certain time and when we showed up the car was all clean and ready to go!! Jennifer was an absolute treasure!!! Walked me through the whole car, showed us how the navigation worked and also the very important...blue tooth! I love my car and the crew at Middletown Honda was great!! I dont remember his name....but the wonderful guy who helped me with my starter on my phone was an angel!!! More
When I first met Sales Representative Ed Folkl in Middletown Honda, I told him I was comparing my two preferred minivans, the Honda Odyssey and the Toyota Siena. Ed was very patient with me, and he answered ALL of my questions. I experienced absolutely no pressure from Ed, even though it took me over a week to finally choose the Odyssey EX-L. Finance Manager Joe Cerreta went through my financial options and offered me a good loan rate. My wife and I are happy with my new Odyssey (our first Honda automobile). My next Middletown Honda review will report on their Service Department. Bye-bye to our long-term association with the Chrysler Corp. More
