I bought a new honda cr-v from Midlands honda. I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I met Soto when I drove up and he was very polite and easy going. My experience was most pleasant. Charlie Frazier met me in the parking lot as I arrived. He listened to my needs, and he directed me to the Honda Civic that I was interested in. Because I arrived late in the day, time came for the dealership to close; however, Charlie stayed with me for two additional hours until he completed "teaching" me all the ins and outs of driving the car. He was most gracious, most courteous, and never rushed through any of his instructions until he was sure I understood, and this was very nice for an old lady not very comfortable with computer-like dashboard requirements. I came by Midlands Honda to get a look at the new 2013 Accords. I was thinking about getting a new car but was not sure which car I wanted. Soon after, Charlie, walked over and introduced himself and asked what car I was interested in purchasing. I told him the 2013 Accord and he went on about the trim levels and the new features the Accords had. I took a look at a dark blue EX trim and fell in love with it. Charlie allowed me to test drive it and I decided that this was the car for me. After completing all the paperwork, Charlie showed me how to work the features of the car. He was a big help. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Charlie called several times after I purchased the car to see if everything was ok and if I needed any help with the features.
