We started off pretty upset based on previous service visits on our current car and that the end of lease agreement was not what we expected. However they immediately got us in touch with the top level managers and finance staff to turn everything around. Greg, who is the GM fixed previous service issues so it is because of him we even considered another Honda. Wes and Andre just made the visit so perfect and easy. Greg's promises to us months ago that he was turning this dealership around was very evident to us. Wes sat us down and talked over options and got us calmed down, then he introduced us to the sales team and they got to work! Andre was perfect from start to finish and made us feel so welcome and like part of a family. They truly are a team and worked together to not only get this sale, but a customer for life! Thanks to all you guys for turning this into the most pleasant customer service interaction I have ever had...you all are the best! More

This dealership is the worst I have ever purchased a car from. They sold me Lo-Jack and lied about installing it on the car, lost the key to my car. The sales associate, Steve, was not honest with us. We did not like the price of the vehicle and were getting ready to leave the facility when he told us he would take our offer and sell us the car. Unfortunately we trusted them and bought the vehicle. Once home we were going through the paperwork and realized they had added a $1500 warranty to the price of the car. We will never use their services again. More
Our overall experience was ok. We were a bit disappointed that we were never offered the teacher discount,( my wife is a district #2 school teacher) which could have been the game changer, in fact we never e that we were never offered the teacher discount,( my wife is a district #2 school teacher) which could have been the game changer, in fact we never even got that far, after talking with 1 sales person, the one we took the test drive with, and 2 different sales mgr.'s. Not sure why we had to talk to so many people. When we purchased our current car, an 09' Chevy Impala from Love's, we delt with 1 person. So I was a bit confused as to why so many different people were in on what could have been a sale. However, we left knowing that WE made the right decision not to purchase a new CRV based on the monthly payment, and intrest rate, we currently pay 0%. I was also surprised that we were let go without a lower offer on your 2012 model that we test drove, even with the 13's on the lot. I would recommend this dealership to friends, but I would also let them know of this "experience"....It could have been a GREAT one, instead of an "ok" one.... More
